Do you handle décor and catering as well as the hall?

Yes — venue, décor, catering and waiting staff can all be managed in-house. One team for the day means fewer suppliers to chase and a smoother celebration.

How do I check if my date is free?

Tell us your preferred date (and a backup if you have one) via a viewing request, WhatsApp, or a quick call. We usually confirm availability the same day — popular weekends go quickly, so it is worth checking early.

What happens on a viewing?

You walk the hall, see how layouts work for your guest list, and talk through catering and décor in plain English. No hard sell — most families leave knowing whether Taiba feels right for their day.

Is the venue family-friendly?

Yes. Taiba is a family-friendly venue: soft drinks and mocktails are welcome, and we do not serve or allow alcohol. Guests of all ages can enjoy the celebration together.

Is there parking for guests?

Yes — free off-road parking on site at 62 Evington Valley Road, so your guests are not hunting for street spaces on the day.

How do we secure a booking?

Once you are happy with the date and package, a deposit holds it for you. We talk through the simple next steps on your viewing or call — clear, written, and at your pace.
